Kyle Bilafer

Kyle Bilafer has spent 10 years with Cabarrus County where he served as the infrastructure and asset management director prior to becoming area manager of operations.

Kyle earned a Bachelor of Arts in environmental policy, with minors in chemistry, biology and physics at Eckerd College.

In the past, Bilafer worked for Tyson Foods, Inc. and also served as an environmental consultant.
