Lundee Covington

Lundee Covington has worked for Cabarrus County since 2011.

Prior to joining the County, Covington spent 10 years with Carolinas HealthCare System in human resources and employee relations. Earlier, she worked in human resources positions in the service and manufacturing industries.

Covington is a member of the Cabarrus Regional Society for Human Resource Management and is a member of the Bar Associations for both North and South Carolina.

She has Bachelor of Science in business administration from UNC Chapel Hill, and earned a Juris Doctor and master’s degree in business administration from USC Columbia.

Covington is also a board member with the Stratford Richardson YMCA.
