Cabarrus County offers activities that encourage active living for people of all ages.

From organized tournaments and races to leisure activities, our parks let you choose your own adventure.

The senior centers offer recreational, educational and wellness activities for older adults. Seniors gather at the centers to meet friends for a game of cards, billiards, shuffleboard and more.

The County also offers a variety of classes and clubs for all levels of activity. There are also special events just for seniors, including dances with live bands, holiday celebrations, health screenings, talent shows and more.
