Adult Day Care And Health Services

Adult Day Care/Health Services provides care and supervision to elderly or disabled adults, allowing caregivers to work or have respite. The program is an alternative to out-of-home placement. The program supports the elderly and disabled adults who desire to continue to live independently. It is designed to reduce social isolation, loneliness and stimulate interest in leisure activities.

The individual needing services or someone acting on the individual's behalf can call the Adult Services line at 704-920-1400 to request assistance. Requests for assistance can also be made in person.
