Fire Inspections

The Cabarrus County Fire Marshal's office conducts periodic fire inspections of the following structures: assembly, business, educational, factory/industrial, high-hazard, institutional and storage occupancies in the Town of Midland, the Town of Mt. Pleasant and the unincorporated areas of Cabarrus County.

We also have an agreement with the Town of Locust to conduct periodic fire inspections in a contracted portion of Cabarrus County.

Fire inspections are scheduled and performed following the requirements set forth in the most current edition of the NC Building Code fire prevention section.
