Heating, Appliance Repair And Replacement

The HAARP program repairs, replaces or performs energy conservation measures on primary heating systems.

The program is available to homeowners or owners of rental units with proof of ownership. For rental units, the owner must pay 50 percent of the repair or replacement costs. The program is based on need and income, and is available to all County residents.
