How do I receive phone calls from an inmate?
The Cabarrus inmate phone provider is NCIC. All inmates can make outside calls to family and friends. Families/Friends can create Prepaid accounts by calling 1-800-943-2189 or visiting www.ncic.com. No incoming calls can be received by an inmate.
Inmate calls (local and long distance) are billed at a per-minute rate, with no connection fees. International calls are also billed at a per-minute rate. Three-way calls are prohibited.
