Passenger Behavior Rules

Passengers are required to follow certain rules while using the CCTS service.

• Passengers are not allowed to smoke, eat or drink on CCTS vehicles.
  
• Weapons are not allowed on CCTS vehicles.
  
• No animals, other than service animals, are allowed on CCTS vehicles.
  
• Inappropriate behavior or bad language with either the vehicle operators or CCTS staff is not acceptable and may lead to suspension of services.
  
• Touching a driver inappropriately or hitting a driver will automatically result in the immediate suspension of services.
