Voter Registration

All residents living in Cabarrus County must mail new registration forms to:

Cabarrus County Board of Elections

Concord, NC 28026-1315

or

Deliver forms to the Cabarrus County Board of Elections office at
369 Church Street N, Concord NC

Voter deadline to register in NC is 25 days before the day of the election

Forms received by the Cabarrus County Board of Elections office or postmarked by the deadline are accepted as valid applications for the upcoming election. Also, agency and DMV voter registration transactions completed by the deadline are accepted as valid for the upcoming election. Applicants will be notified by the Cabarrus County Board of Elections of their precinct and polling place assignments.​
