Trip Procedures

Cabarrus County Transportation Services will make every attempt to get you to your scheduled appointment on time. However, be aware there may be delays due to inclement weather, road conditions, traffic backups, overscheduling of trips or other unexpected reasons.

Check with the Demand Response Center at 704-920-2246 if you are not picked up at least 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

If you need to make any changes to your transportation reservation, call the Demand Response Call Center at 704-920-2246. Give adequate notice of any changes so that your trips can be scheduled correctly.
