The Tax Assessor’s Office administers the listing assessment of all taxable property according to State law, County policy and the County’s adopted Schedule of Values. The Office also works to maintain equity and fairness to the residents of Cabarrus County.
The office administers the listing, appraisal and assessment of all real and personal property, and motor vehicles within the County; with reappraisal of all real property every four years.
